Lt.Martin Harrison’s November report for Sector 113 (PDF) is now available. List of Significant Arrests includes Jamie Makee Hyman (Robbery), Kiana Lyons (Prostitution X 3), Devaugh B. Brown (Robbery), and Tarvell Leon HOLMES (one of RPD’s Top Ten Wanted – 2 Misdemeanor Warrants, 1 Felony Warrant, 1 ATF Warrant, Obstruction, Identity Theft).

Does anyone know what happened last night about 7:30 around the area of Jefferson Park and Princess Anne? There were somewhere in the neighborhood of 8-10 police cars and they had one guy on the sidewalk in cuffs.
