McQuinn for State Delegate?
Rumor and the RTD have 7th District Council Representative Delores McQuinn as a possible candidate for Mayor-elect Jones’ seat in the House of Delegates:
Delores L. McQuinn, the 7th District Richmond City Councilwoman who just won re-election, said Monday that constituents have called for her to run. She backed Jones in the mayoral race and donated $250 to his campaign, according to the Virginia Public Access Project.
