Is that supposed to be Powhatan
Community Center?
Bad link…..I meant Powhatan
Community Center. Sorry.
The meeting is at the Powhatan Hill Community Center, 5051 Northampton Street at the corner of Williamsburg Road at the top of the hill at Powhatan Park. The phone number is: 646-0973. There is parking beside the pool on Northampton Street.
Bert Berlin, running for school board in the 4th district, blogged the REA questionaire with his answers here http://jamesrivermaven.blogspot.com/2008/09/rea-rejects-maven.html . I would love to see how our School Board and city council candidates answered these questions. I appreciate Berlin’s honesty, transparency, and courage. I want to see these qualities in atleast one of the 7th district candidates.
