special CHA meeting called for Monday
The Church Hill Association has announced a special meeting for 7:00PM on Monday, August 25 to get “membership’s input, comments and perhaps a vote to define a position for CHA” on the proposed Oakwood Heights condominium project. The Commission of Architectural Review will be taking up the next iteration of the Oakwood Heights project the next day.

In no great surprise, the CHA has voted to take a position opposed to the project as currently described.
No surprise. The community needs to voice its opinion and follow through with what is proper esthetically for our community and not let developers bully anyone otherwise.
Just my .02¢ worth as a citizen… no wisecrack comments from the “B.C.” gallery are necessary please.
