Neighbors for Compatible Development have been notified by the secretary of CAR, James Hill, Senior Planner,
Department of Community Development
that the Commission of Architectural Review will consider the application for the proposed Oakwood Heights development at 7:30 pm on Tuesday, August 26, 2008, same place City Hall 5th floor conference room.

If you have comments or concerns and can't get to the meeting put them in writing and submit them to James.Hill@richmondgov.com
by the end of the day August 20th.

Please remember CAR can only address what's covered in the CAR guidlines. They cannot address density or traffic but they can address all issues related to Old and Historic Neighborhoods for more info go to RichmndGov.com and go to Richmond Old and Historic Districts Handbook and Design Review Guidelines.

It's our historic neighborhood so let's protect it from incompatible development.
