Church Hill Academy Open House

Meet at Historic St. John Church’s Fellowship Hall (2319 E Broad Street) for light appetizers and an introduction to the community, the staff, and the vision of Church Hill Academy. Then, carpool or caravan over to Church Hill Academy located in the Lighthouse at 601 North 31st Street (on the corner of Leigh St. and 31st) to meet the students and tour the Lighthouse, the current school building.

Union Hill April clean-up

A second Union Hill clean-up has been set for next Saturday (4/12). Jen & Tracy have graciously agreed once again to provide the awesome coffee and to allow use of the parking lot at the stucco building on the corner of Jefferson & 22nd Streets. Meet there between 8:00-8:45AM, have coffee and breakfast treats, and then help clean up Union Hill.

Itinerary:
* Coffee and breakfast snacks will be served between 8:00am and 8:45am
* We will break into groups: one group will clean up around Jefferson Park, another will go up Cedar Street and a third group will head up Venable Street
* Please see Ken Samuels for garbage grabbers and garbage bags
