Assessed last year at $47,000, the house at 1104 North 20th Street has been vacant for years. As recently as 2 years ago, everything appeared solid, but the front porch has started to rapidly decay.

I saw the property when I was at Saturday’s New Visions meeting. Even with the porch gone it’s a lovely house. I too am surprised it hasn’t been bought already.
