Well most of the development is focused in Mechanicsville. Eastern Henrico is really about to see a facelift with the new shopping centers. Perhaps there may even be a movie theater at Audobon behind White Oak. And White Oak does have a website but it has not been fully developed… kind of like Tree Hill’s until recently. http://theshopsatwhiteoakvillage.com/
There seems to be renewed interest in the East End with a lot of building going on at the moment. Even in Woodville, one house was built this past spring, the one next to it has halted with only the foundation finished. Another house started being built in another block last week and is progressing fast!
