Editor: "Add some racial undertones to it...this is Richmond afterall..." And to quote the RFP? Come on...you couldn't have a more biased opinion... Pathetic... However, I find I share many of Ms. Chamberlayne's concerns. Plus, I have not been impressed by what I have seen and heard of the ideas that have come from these sessions.
