changes at the 1st Precinct
Promotions within the Richmond Police Department tomorrow will bring changes to the 1st Precinct. Capt. John Keohane is being promoted to major and will oversee Area 1, which covers the 1st and 2nd precincts. Sector 413 Lt. Gary Ladin will become captain of the 1st Precinct. [via]
