McQuinn in court again for house
Councilwoman McQuinn was in court today again about the condition of her house at 31st and Broad Streets. She has 60 days to get the property up to code and the charges may be dropped in a year. [via]

So, according to these links, the city has been after her since at least January 2005. Seems like quite a long time to me.
