@ Robert Taylor Childcare Center (929 North 26th Street)
The Robert L. Taylor Childcare Center is licensed to enroll 95 children, 6 weeks to 12 years old, in the childcare program. A Special Use Permit has been submitted to the City of Richmond, which would allow the center to add 17 Head Start children to its enrollment. FRIENDS Association for Children operates the Taylor Center and would like to present its plan for renovating the building.
