    The building is next door to my house - i will ask the owner for info.on the artist and if i find anything out i’ll post the info. here.

    if you look closely, you can almost spot a number in each area…I think it is a paint by numbers kit that someone did not follow the directions on

    Those are not numbers. They are part of a pattern. The birds were cut out of some type of material like wallpaper or contact paper. You can see where one corner has lifted off slightly.
