I think that should be years…. Although we wish the city had moved quickly enough to have made it months!

31st and Grace – I think it’s been 2 1/2 years since I was over there. Wow, that was one big hole.. Wasn’t their a car down in it? Yeah, I guess 2 1/2 years is a long time. I think Months is wishful thinking for any city.
The City waited for federal monies to start the work. Do you really think they would have spent their own money on a project that (big picture) didn’t have that much impact on “major” traffic flow? I’m just asking.
Overall, the job looks pretty good. However, it doesn’t look like in fits into the overall streetscape of Church Hill. There are no sidewalks or streetlamps.
Maybe they are coming later but it looks like a side street in one of the counties.
