I cant believe that no one has claimed that sweet little pooch. It must be an older person who doesnt get out much.
I’ve thought so too although a neighbor mentioned that the park is a dumping ground for unwanted pets. i’ve posted lost notices up at all the shelters, vets, around the neighborhood and knocked on so many doors in the neighborhood. if you have an elderly neighbor, please ask them if their little dog is missing. i’m will need to start looking for a home for her this saturday.
