This is a temporary fix. We hoping money will be put in the budget to stabilze the hillside and replace the stairwell lost in Gaston. The Friends of Jefferson Park meets on the last Monday of each month at 7pm at locations TBA. Tonight's meeting will be at 2314 Jefferson Avenue- next to the Tricycle Garden. Please join us! With the historic mudslide and close proximity to the train tunnel, the erosion is more likely to turn into another disaster. I am not certain all the recent activity around the train tunnel area didnt contribute to the erosion problem.
