An innovative collaboration gets a family a home of their own on Oakwood Avenue.

Urban Hope, a non-proffit Christian development corporation, working with an investor and local volunteer labor, purchased and rehabilitated this bungalow house on Oakwood Avenue. The house is being sold to a family, previously renting in the area, with the initial downpayment being put in as rent.
