Also, crime is down in Sector 111 35% for the year and leading the city in crime reduction!

However, I have to say living in Richmond\’s Eastend is \”HELL\”. It\’s just so DRUG-INFESTED it dosen\’t make sense.

The eastend is much better than it was a year ago. This is what happens when groups of people become a community and decide enough is enough. Bob, if you don’t like the eastend of Richmond, sell your house and move to the Eastend of Henrico. By the way, that’s where the police are pushing the criminals.

Check out the very unofficial stats of the reported crime by month for the 1st Precinct. While there are a number of ways to shade the validity of the numbers, the steep decrease in reported crime is astounding (and mirrors my observations)(despite the whole ladder theft thing).
