UPDATED An officer on patrol found the victims laying in the road at 30th Street and Nine Mile Road just before 3am this morning. At last word, one man was in surgery. The other man had non-life threatening injuries.

The one man in surgery has apparently died.
Police have charged 27-year-old Todd Jones with conspiracy to commit murder.
