   Richmond police have identified the man found slain as Dennis D. Robinson, 20, of the 3100 block of Bashford Lane. Robinson was visiting friends in Mosby Court, where he had lived before moving with his mother recently to South Richmond. [via]

   I keep hearing rumors that Mosby Court has been purchased. I know for a fact that The jefferson appts were purchased for rennovation. the group that bought them is dumping about $30,000 into each unit and targeting MCV med students. There is a rumor that this purchase included mosby court and that the plan was to demolish it. Has anyone heard about this?

   I’ve heard different things about the Jefferson Apartments, still involving change. If what I’ve heard is true, then Mosby is not part of this deal.

   It seems like the city would have to be upfront about anything involving the projects just because so much federal regulation & $$$ is involved.
