I was interested to see that somone had started in on that theater building, but they seem to have stalled out with that lot full of refuse. It is certainly something of a contrast to the house next door…
Seriously. I thought the people renovating the theater were well known for successful renovations throughout Church Hill. What Happened? It seems like there are a number of stalled renovations around the 25th & Clay area.
