Teens sentenced
The 4 teens convicted in last August’s Libby Hill attack were sentenced today. Fifteen-year-old Travon and Rashard Garnett must stay in juvenile detention until they’re 21 and then spend 25 more years in an adult prison. Eighteen-year-old Kevin Lightfoot and his brother, 17-year-old Kennard Lightfoot, received received 32 years and 30 years in prison, respectively.
