A broken sewage pipe near Chimborazo Park has been oozing the yucky since Tropical Storm Gaston and it gets really bad when it rains.

“When there’s enough rain and backpressure in the line, it literally blows off and a geyser of raw sewage down there,” says Church Hill Association president Kim Chen.
