Richmond Police have now upgraded the charges against Calvin Lamont Morgan in the May 23rd shooting of Billy Graham in the 900 block of North 21st Street.

Morgan, who was arrested the day after the shooting, had been bonded out of jail on the malicious wounding charge. A police spokesperson says officers are now “actively looking for him.”
