Teens charged in park attack
Todays Times-Dispatch reports that four teenage boys were arrested in the brutal rape and robbery on Libby Hill Park Aug. 4. Police Chief Andre Parker said three of the boys lived in North Side and one was from Church Hill. View the article.

This would be an excellent use for the death penalty; a speedy, painful, gruesome, and public death and then grind them into chum and dump them in the ocean.
