@ 1, who quits at halftime? Especially when your team is picking up momentum. There is still plenty of time for folks to learn about candidates and vote their conscious in this race.
5 weeks left is hardly halftime. Baliles isn’t ahead in any district and is behind 3 other candidates percentage-wise. A vote for Baliles is a vote for Morrissey.
Baliles’s plan for the bottom is for it to be vacant for another 50 years. Thanks. He stopped a plan for a hotel and grocery store but has no plan at all for of his own. he called the revitalization of downtown Richmond a distraction.
