What is Light Up Libby Hill?
Luminaries are used to brighten walkways in the park. A luminary is a white paper bag (lunch bag size) with a candle inside. The bags are spaced apart to outline walkways or other features. The plan is to outline Libby Hill Park.
What do I have to do as a volunteer?
Volunteers are needed to set up the luminaries, place them, and light them. They also need help with clean up the next day.
What time do they need volunteers?
Volunteer slots available on Saturday, December 22nd from 3:00-5:00 PM and Sunday, December 23rd from 8:30-10:30 AM
What items are still needed for the event?
- Long neck lighters
- 6ft folding tables
- Pick-up trucks
- Recycling cans
