I’m letting you know about the Maxie Robinson Inner City Baseball tournament being held today at Armstrong High School from 1 PM to 6 PM. The Armstrong (Richmond, VA) varsity baseball team has a home non-conference game vs. Huguenot (Richmond, VA) today.

Who is Maxie Robinson?
In October 1980, the School Board granted the request of the East End Think Action Committee to name the Armstrong gymnasium for an Armstrong graduate and long-time coach, the late Maxie Cleveland Robinson.
