7th Annual Snowflake Ride: Tomorrow!

This Saturday 3/17, there will be a bike ride from Stone Brewing to support the Richmond Cycling Corps. There will be lots of bicyclists in the area. The ride will begin about 9 AM and cyclists will be returning anywhere from 11 am into the afternoon. Please use extra caution and look out for bicyclists. Thank you!

From the Richmond Cycling Corps:

It keeps getting bigger…and better…

On March 17th, for the seventh straight year, Richmond Cycling Corps and GroundForce IT will team up to bring you the ride (and after-party) that is guaranteed to cure the winter blues! New this year, we have partnered with Stone Brewing- meaning the after-party includes Richmond’s tastiest beer! Included in your ticket will be a beer and food from Mean Bird (vegetarian option available)!

The BEST part is that this is the easiest and most fun way possible to support RVA’s award-winning, groundbreaking Richmond Cycling Corps! Richmond Cycling Corps is a comprehensive outreach organization that combines endurance cycling, tough love, trauma-informed mentorship, and unwavering support towards Richmond’s most marginalized high school youth.

Don’t forget, you can always donate to RCC!

This is a great time, and all of it exists to power the nation’s premier and most unique inner-city competitive youth cycling program. Ride your bike, enjoy the fellowship, and congratulate yourself on being a part of the coolest (but hopefully not coldest) way to make your city a better place. Richmond Cycling Corps empowers youth to break the cycle of poverty, and by joining us, you will help make that possible.

We need your help raising $10,000 to give youth living in public housing big opportunities. With your help, we can absolutely surpass this goal. Day-of registration opens at 9 a.m. and the rides will begin at 10 a.m.! Tell your friends!

We look forward to riding with you.
