Bike Walk RVA will be leading a neighborhood “spruce up” starting at the Sarah Garland Jones Center (2600 Nine Mile Road) and working down 29th Street on Saturday, August 5 from 10:30 AM – to 1:30 PM.
A study has been proposed for traffic calming and crossing improvements on North 29th Street “that will help make it a safer place for people of all ages and abilities to walk and ride bikes.”
Lunch will be served at the S.G. Jones Center afterward, alongside a discussion about what traffic calming and crossing improvements would best serve the community. Please RSVP so organizers know how much food to have prepared.

I still would like to see Henrico turn the rest of the RRRR right of way into a trail that connects with 29th St
