The Pillars of Healthy Living
Bridget Casey, N.D., kicks off the first in a series of CrossFit Prelude healthy living seminars. Dr. Casey has dedicated her life to healthy living and finding balance in the modern world and wants to share some of her best advice and tips for thriving in today’s environment.
Topics covered will include sleep, nutrition, movement, and stress management. There will be actionable items and pearls of information, which she typically shares with her patients in clinical practice.
You do not have to be a member of our gym to attend. Friends, family, partners, and anyone in between are welcome, but space is limited to 15 attendees.
When: Sunday, November 13, 2016, 5-6:30 p.m.
Where: CrossFit Prelude, 3306 E. Marshall Street
Cost: $20 and all proceeds benefit Chimborazo Elementary School PTACrossFit Prelude is committed to building a stronger and healthier Church Hill. The Healthy Living series was created to help adults build the foundation they need to lead community children to greatness.
