Process under way for Stone World Bistro & Gardens, may include hotel

Richmond BizSense has word that the process is in motion on the Stone Brewery restaurant on Wharf Street, and that the project may include a hotel:

While cost estimates and designs are pending for the riverfront site, Wagner said plans call for the city EDA-owned property to be transformed into a 30,000-square-foot restaurant and beer garden.

A 30,000-square-foot restaurant and beer garden. With live music, Church Hill and Fulton. And East Franklin and N 31st will become a thoroughfare.
