Found the Shih Tzu wandering around the Montrose Heights area if anyone knows of a lost dog I have it here at my home anybody that has a dog this cute would have pictures and prove it belongs to them definitely not trying to keep it just get it back to his right owner

Hi! Did you ever find the owner of this dog? My sister lives in montrose heights and saw a shih tzu running around today with the lease still attached.
