If yes, then please respond to #1 A. Lou. #3 I think perhaps that in Church Hill more people care and are concerned about animals that are loose.

Yes. She was handed off to my boyfriend and I because he owner didn’t want her. She’s very sweet. Whe we tried to bathe her she ran away

He and a similar dog get out sometimes. I always see them between 24th and 25th and o st. Don’t know who they belong to.
That looks suspiciously like our dog Jellybean, except the latter isn’t missing.
