The Richmond Symphony will set up their big tent in Chimborazo Park on May 6-8, 2016, for the East End Festival, a weekend of live music by the Richmond Symphony, amateur musicians, church groups, and “many many different performers” including No BS! City Council Formal Meeting

Every 2nd and 4th Mon. Responsible for deciding official Council action, which includes discussing, adopting, rejecting, and amending laws and approving the budget. Formal meetings include a time for pubic comment and are televised live on the local PBS station and are replayed in Richmond on Government Access Channel 17, beginning at Noon and 7:00 p.m. daily.

This past semester I have been teaching a graduate urban planning studio focusing on connecting the Greater Fulton community to the investments along the riverfront (BRT, Stone, Main Street Realignment, Riverfront parks, Rocketts Landing, Fulton Memorial Park, Studio Row, and more).

The final presentation of the student’s plan will be on Tuesday, May 10 at 5:30 P.M. in the Stone Brewing conference room (enter the tasting room and go up the stairs).
