The good folks at Dutch & Company have announced a new Chef de Cuisine and Monday-only pasta menu:
Dutch & Company is excited to announce the newest addition to our family of staff, Paul Winston, who has officially taken over as Chef de Cuisine. Originally from Richmond, Paul spent most of his adult life in Vermont where his culinary career began. After graduating from New England Culinary Institute, he held Sous Chef positions at multiple Burlington restaurants and then Acacia Midtown in Richmond. He continues his passion for food at the corner of 27th & Marshall in Church Hill, whether it be bread making, butchery, or showcasing a new pasta menu as an expression of his background and knowledge in Italian cuisine. Join us soon to taste some delicious dishes he has created.

Starting this Monday, (& only on Mondays) in addition to our regular menu, we will be offering a small additional pasta menu. Made fresh in house by Paul.
