A harbinger for the advancement of that corridor per the city’s 2011 study? I hope so. Also, don’t people typically use P.O. Boxes to avoid this sort of attention?

1125 N 25th St (empty lot two doors down from this green place) also just sold. Also to ELEVEN ELEVEN 25TH LLC C/O STEVEN A MARKEL. Anyone know what is being planned for this? So curious.
Also the old pharmacy/medical office building across the street just sold too, same owner. The non-profit office building they did on this block is great.
