Maybe do this with soccer as well? Premier League, Saturday mornings and afternoon. We go all the way up to Gus’s Bar and Grill on Saturdays for soccer, would be nice if Church Hill had a place to watch the matches. Just a suggestion.

From what I’ve seen elsewhere on the route, but I do not actually know: I would assume yes. They really are setting up Libby Hill to be a lively spot.
Yes there will be food and beverages. I saw a map and list of who will be there at one time. I remember 5 food tents and 1 beer truck. The food vendors were different for each day but included Croaker’s Spot, Carytown Burgers & Fries. This was all outside of the ticketed VIP area
There are food trucks at both Libby Hill and 23rd and Franklin. Channel 6 has a handy chart to all the fan zones with food and drinks:
