We think a restaurant or retail establishment that offers more moderately priced goods, food, or services could do very well at this location, and would especially like to find a tenant that wants to bring something unique to the area. An ice cream parlor, bagel or donut shop or a restaurant that specializes in an ethnic cuisine not currently available in the neighborhood might work well, for example. Neighbors and community members have suggested a pet care and/or pet retail establishment. We are open to any reasonable proposals, but especially want to hear from folks that can build on and add to the success of other neighborhood establishments.
