Broad Street Farmers Market is Tuesday

The 1st of 4 farmers markets on Broad Street is set for tomorrow, Tuesday July 21 from 3-7 PM at 1920 East Broad Street (across from New Light Baptist Church).

Organized by Sweet Temptations by Teresa, the talent behind the brownies at Alamo BBQ, the market will be held on July 21, August 4, September 1, and October 6:

Make it your business to come to 1920 E. Broad St. Sweet Temptations by Teresa will be set up out there with other vendors for our 1st of 4 Markets.

Just imagine getting off work, and you can carry something unique home like this-key lime cake with freshly squeezed lime juice, never any blends, concentrates, You don’t want to miss this, lemon chess bars (sold out at the Hanover Tomato Festival this past Sat. in spite of the soakers), chocolate trinity oatmeal cookies (they have Vietnamese cinnamon, oatmeal and THREE types of chocolate chunks in them!!) Zucchini mini loaves (chock full of toasted walnuts, zucchini, golden raisins) cheddar garlic biscuits (SERVED WARM) and if you’ve been to Alamo BBQ and had brownies, then you’ve been informally introduced to the brownie lady!!! Yes, there will be 3-4 flavors of brownies. So here you go. Espresso, Fudge ‘n Bacon, Fudge, and Peanut Butter.
