VOLUNTEERS NEEDED FOR NATIONAL NIGHT OUT for the 7th District is set for Tuesday, August 4, 2015 from 5:00-8:00PM and will be held on the grounds located at the corner of 25th Street and Fairmount Avenue.
The anticipated attendance is 600-800 people and LOTS of volunteers are needed to make this a fun-filled successful event. Volunteers will help with setting up equipment, chairs and tables, the children activities, hospitality and information areas, keeping the grounds neat, taking down equipment, and restoring the grounds to order at the close of the event.
Please consider volunteering for this event, fill out the form below and return to me no later than June 30th. Plan to show up 1 hour before your time selected and check in at the Information Booth. We will try and give you the assignment you choose, but plan to be flexible if you have to be moved to another one.
