Andre Charles of Armstrong High and Mia Noel from Franklin Military Academy were among the 9 students recognized as the valedictorians of the 2015 graduating classes of Richmond Public Schools:
Andre Charles graduates with a 4.47 GPA and will study Computer Science at the College of William & Mary. Mia Noel graduates with a 3.54 GPA and will pursue Education at Longwood University.
