The New York Times looks at $550,000 Homes in Virginia, New York State and New Mexico and includes this home at 2205 East Broad Street:
The three-story brick townhouse was built in 1892 and is in mostly original condition. Its formal entryway and front porch are up a flight of steps from the street. A side-hall house, it has a front parlor separated by the original pocket doors from the dining room. Both rooms have fireplaces with the original mantels, as well as 10-foot-tall ceilings. The floor-to-ceiling windows in the parlor open to the front porch and retain their original muntins. The burnished heart-pine floors are original, too.

The secret (RVA rocks) seems to be getting out.
So sad. My neighborhood (until the 28th) featured AGAIN in NY Times. http://t.co/2nHEOlnowH
