@Bettyclicker – am I misinterpreting that photo, or did the city condemn the house!?
The City did not condemn the house, but have barred anyone from using the porch until it is repaired.
Do you need any help with a cleanup?

Thanks everyone. I am working with the insurance companies and a contractor to get the place stabilized and repaired. It could have been a lot worse.
