Fire on 25th Street

Valerie has word of a fire at 411 North 25th Street:

I woke up at 5 am smelling smoke, lots of trucks here, already under control. Don’t seem to be any casualties, but the fire dept is
transporting the occupants somewhere.

25th Street between Clay and Marshall remains closed at this time due to ice on the street.

The reputed boarding house is part of the same parcel as the Billups Funeral Home.
