Police seeking suspect in attempted shed burglary

Richmond Police detectives need the public’s help to identify a man who attempted to break into a shed last week. He can be seen in the attached surveillance image and in the surveillance video.

At approximately 2:15 p.m., Sunday, October 19, an unknown male walked into the yard of a home in the 600 block of North 28th Street and attempted to break into a shed. He was unsuccessful and walked away.

Detectives ask anyone with any information about this man’s identity to call Richmond Police Detective Gaetano Drago at (804) 646-3395 or Crime Stoppers at 780-1000. Citizens can also text Crime Stoppers at 274637, using the key word “ITip” followed by your tip. Both Crime Stoppers methods are anonymous.
