Kids, politicians, and cyclists of all stripes came out this morning for the grand opening of the Armstrong Bike Park mountain bike track.
Spearheaded by Richmond Cycling Corps, and funded by Bon Secours, other local companies, and private donations, the one-mile track is the new practice grounds for the nation’s only inner city high school cycling team.
