Hip Hop at the Robinson

The Robinson Theater (located on 29th and Q Street in Church Hill)is hosting its spring Hip hop class for ages 8 and up. It is a weekly class from 5-6 on Tuesdays.

City Council Formal Meeting

TUES May 27 6:00 pm
Every 2nd and 4th Mon – Responsible for deciding official Council action, which includes discussing, adopting, rejecting, and amending laws and approving the budget. Formal meetings include a time for pubic comment and are televised live on the local PBS station and are replayed in Richmond on Government Access Channel 17, beginning at Noon and 7:00 p.m. daily.

Frequency
Typically the second and fourth Monday of each month; 6:00-8:30 p.m. (With the exception of August, when no Formal meetings are held, and holidays)

Let your Saturday go to waste – join in T.T.Y. monthly neighborhood effort to pick up litter! Meet at 1023 Oakwood Avenue. Trash bags , pick up rods, and gloves will be provided. Sector Problem–Solving Workshop

The Richmond Police department will conduct a Sector Problem–Solving Workshop on May 31st at the new Martin Luther King middle school, 1000 Mosby Street, from 9am to 3pm. This is a fantastic opportunity to address concerns in your neighborhood and come up with real solutions to resolve these issues.
