Bike Walk RVA is facilitating, coordinating, and promoting a list of events for bike month that are grassroots and mostly led by local people in their neighborhoods and things.
There will be a Church/Union Hill Breakfast Ride this Friday (and every Friday morning during May) led by Church Hill resident Kathleen Onufer. It will be a “casual, come-as-you-are breakfast and coffee ride”; meet at 7:15 AM at Sub Rosa Bakery.

The focus is on eating breakfast at 7:15 and getting to know your neighbors, and then will ride into downtown at 8 am (or whenever people need to leave!)

I could not make the ride due to traveling, but I hope to make a future one. How was the turnout?
