Hope the city will finally fix that sink hole on on Cedar and maybe add some sidewalks.

Good. This complex is so depressing in appearance. It will be nice to see something attractive in its place.

Very interesting. Does anyone know the scope of this project – is it just those 3 buildings on the north side of Cedar or are there plans for the 3 across the street (south side of Cedar)? I wish them luck!
The same ugly design we are seeing all over going up. How about some variety?
